Situated in Playa Blanca, 250 metres from Flamingo Beach and less than 1 km from Playa Blanca, Villas New Lanzasuites features accommodation with free WiFi, air conditioning, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. The property has garden views and is 1.4 km from Playa Dorada. It's relaxing, it has everything one needs for a comfortable stay, from cookware to a mini (bluetooth) sound system, from a comfortable bed to a great patio, 2 TVs in both the living room and bedroom etc. Believe it or not, a previous stay here determined me to go back to Lanzarote; and it won't be the last.

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with bidet and a hairdryer. Loved the size of balcony and the sunbeds were a great addition. The apartment had everything. You could stay comfortably for long periods of time. I just found playa blanca very quiet. Would highly recommend these apartments to anyone

Host was helpful and super nice. provided tips of places and restaurants to visit, and in addition was responsive to our requests. The apartment itself was great, nice balcony and view to the beach and we got everything we needed

Each spacious, bright villa is air conditioned and barbecue facilities are available upon request. The living room has a sofa and cable TV. There is a laptop safe, private bathroom and well-equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a dishwasher and washing machine. Cleaning services and change of towels and linen are provided depending on length of stay. Great spacious villa in good location. Staff were excellent. Close to lots of restaurants. Television had U.K. channels.

The Sun Grove Villas are decorated in typical Canarian colours of blue and white, with tiled floors and light wood furniture. The living-dining room opens onto the pool area and contains sofas, and a Nintendo Wii. The modern kitchen features an oven, hob, microwave and dishwasher. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The villa was beautiful, everything you could need between fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, we paid for the pool to be heated which was perfect

These modern villas are located within Lanzarote's Marina Rubicón Port, and a 15-minute walk from central Playa Blanca.
Each villa has a private outdoor pool and sun terrace with a barbecue, and free private parking is available upon request. Pool can be heated for a surcharge. Everything was perfect. We had every comfort we could have needed. We didn't want to leave and would return here again in a heartbeat. Location, pool, cleanliness, facilities, security, TVs, Wifi, full kitchen, dishwasher, comfortable chairs, plenty of towels, the list goes on, it was just perfect, I can't rate it high enough.

Staff excellent, facilities incredibly well kept - villa very well equipped with all you could need. Midweek clean and linen change a pleasant surprise - wasn't really needed.

The villa is as in the pictures - nicely furnished with an open view towards the sea. The garden is beautifully landscaped - the best among the villas around. The pool lits up at night - it must be lovely to spend the evenings in the garden when the weather is warm enough. The host is really nice and helpful, responding to messages immediately. He had left a large bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine ad a welcome gift. The sheets change and cleaning mid-week was a nice bonus. The pool was cleaned too (thought we hardly used it).

Loved the pool, and all the sun loungers around it, there are lots of them. The pool is in great condition, and the shower next to it is good to have. Generally the beds were comfortable enough for the price we paid and decent sized rooms, and a very pleasant layout in the villa. Great outdoor layout as well, the outdoor dinner table is great. Good holiday base.

We're a couple that wanted 10 days relax in private surroundings. Villa Mili was perfect as in addition it is walking distance to the beach and the main shops/restaurants. We had access to the tennis courts and of course the private pool.

In a very quiet location yet only 3 minutes drive to the Marina.All the facilities in the Villa where of very good quality even had sharp knives..pool was fantastic whole villa was like a home from home and not a holiday rental. Little things like cleaning products available,salt and pepper available,shower gel in the showers good quality furniture and decor all made theis a wonderful villa . Will be back !!!..
